we will need

*Sewing Supplies

*2 Metres Of Tulle

*Tricot Velvet Fabric

*2 Butterfly

Step 1. Find a cheap dress with a potential.

Step 2. Buy some fabrics and tulle that are opposite color.

Step 3. Cut the dress into pieces and keep the useful ones.

Step 4.Make a new top and attach it to sleeves. I sewed it by hand.

Step 5.Make the skirt part a bit shorter from the top and crimp it to match the new (orange) top.

Step 6.Put everything together, take a picture and think about it. Now this looks a bit 

Step 7.Make a lace from leftovers.

Step 8. Cut the back side of the top.

Step 9 .Cut the back side of the top.

Step 10 .Crimp the tulle.

Step 11. Attach the tulle to the skirt so that it shows just a bit.

Add a belt if needed...

 and some butterflies...

 and some velvet roses too.
