balloon

Yarn

Glue

Glitter

Cup

Step 1

Inflatable balloon to be as in picture

Step 2
Put the balloon on a cup to be fixed

Choose any color of yarn as you like

Put yarn in glue

Remove excess glue


 Put the yarn on balloon as in picture




Now leave it to dry

 


Put it in glitter
